The CPX400S is a single output version of the best selling CPX400D.

The ultra-compact design (quarter rack 3U) takes up minimum space for bench or system use.

PowerFlex regulation enables the 420 watts of power to be configured to suit each specific application.  See the power curve below for more information

Three versions are available, manual control only (S), with isolated analog remote control (SA), or with digital remote control via USB, RS232, GPIB and LAN (SP).


CPX400SA - isolated analogue remote control
 

Some applications require analogue remote control rather than digital. The CPX400SA single output model has fully galvanically isolated voltage driven remote control for both voltage and current.

The full scale control voltage can be set as either 10V or 5V to suit
differing applications.

In addition, voltage and current front panel settings are provided as non-isolated control voltages, enabling master-slave configurations to be used.

A remote on-off terminal is also incorporated.

Power and sense terminals are duplicated on the rear panel.
